At The Layer Stories, we aim to deliver products that meet our quality standards. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Conditions
- Product received is damaged.
- Product received is defective.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
- Size exchange may be allowed subject to stock availability.
Product Condition
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and security seals must remain intact.
- Products with broken seals or removed tags will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned with original packaging.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to a quality inspection once received by our team. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return

- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
