Refund policy

At The Layer Stories, we aim to deliver products that meet our quality standards. Please review the following policy before placing your order.


Return & Exchange Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Conditions

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Product received is defective.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.
  • Size exchange may be allowed subject to stock availability.

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and security seals must remain intact.
  • Products with broken seals or removed tags will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection once received by our team. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
