At The Layer Stories, every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We do not assume ownership of returned items unless they are received and accepted by The Layer Stories.

2) Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible Conditions:
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are:

  • Damaged or defective,
  • Have a manufacturing fault, or
  • Have a size/fit issue that has been reviewed and approved by our quality team at our sole discretion.

Reporting Period:
Any defective, damaged, or size-related issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Time Frame:
Once your return or exchange request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date of approval.
Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

3) Refund Policy

Refund Time Frame:
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
Please note that shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility:

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection.
