At The Layer Stories, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Please review our return and refund guidelines before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Conditions
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
- Size exchange may be allowed subject to stock availability.
Product Condition
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Products must have original tags and security seal intact.
- Products returned with broken seals or missing tags will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to a quality inspection after they reach our facility. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
