- Within India: 7–15 working days
- International Orders: 15–30 working days (tentative)
Custom-made or pre-order items may have different timelines, which will be shared via email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor delivery status.
2.2 While we aim to deliver to as many locations as possible, certain areas may be unserviceable due to logistical limitations. You can check delivery availability for your area using your PIN code at checkout.
2.3 Please ensure all details provided at checkout — including name, shipping address, contact number, and pin code — are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries, for which The Layer Stories is not responsible.
2.4 Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, your order may be returned or cancelled. Re-delivery can be arranged at your request with additional shipping fees paid in advance.

2.6 We ensure professionalism and care through our delivery partners, but The Layer Stories cannot be held responsible for individual behavior or errors by delivery personnel, including misdelivery, product tampering, or delays caused by third-party couriers.
2.7 Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our website or the courier’s website to track your shipment. Tracking updates are dependent on the courier and may vary due to technical delays.
2.8 Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, weight, delivery area, and destination. These charges will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items verified by our team.
2.9 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact.tls@gmail.com. We will arrange for a reverse pickup (if applicable) and replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

- A flat $45 international shipping charge applies, with final shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and order value.

- Customers are responsible for any custom duties, VAT, or import taxes as per their country’s regulations.

- Orders cannot be refunded due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
